Hosting and technical information

Hostinger hosts this website and records technical information about requests, including IP addresses, request times, requested pages or files, and reported browser or device information. Its hosting dashboard summarizes this activity. We use operational information to review site requests and troubleshoot errors.

Cookies and WordPress

The website runs on WordPress, which uses cookies for sign-in and administrative preferences. You can manage or remove cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent sign-in functions from working.

We have not received a complete inventory of cookies or browser requests generated by the hosting and security layer. This policy does not claim that the website is cookie-free.

Audience analytics and newsletters

No dedicated audience-analytics service or newsletter signup is currently enabled. Hosting activity summaries described above are separate from an audience-analytics service.

Email contact

If you email us, your email address, message, and any information you choose to include are stored in our Hostinger-hosted mailbox so we can respond. Please avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.

Contact email retention

We keep general inquiry emails while we address your request and for up to 12 months after the matter is closed. We review retained inquiry emails every three months and delete messages sooner when they are no longer needed.

Contract-related messages and records needed for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation may be kept separately for longer, for that specific purpose.

Provider logs and backup copies

Our general inquiry retention schedule applies to messages we manage in our mailbox. Hostinger separately manages technical logs and backup copies. Its documentation makes email access and delivery logs available for 30 days, but that does not establish when all copies are erased.

Hostinger support has not confirmed the exact retention periods for website logs or when individually deleted email messages are removed from all provider backups.
